YVONNA KAY FULK,
76, (formerly of Bruceton Mills, WV), died Thursday, November 24, 2016, at Pine Ridge, Kingwood, WV (formerly Heartland of Preston County) with family by her side.
The daughter of the late Warren R. and Erma Martin Miller, Kay was born (a twin), October 30, 1940, in Valley Point, WV.
Kay is survived by five daughters and spouses: Penelope Sue and Marvin Golden, Kimberly Dawn Fulk, Lisa Marie and Steven Golden, Nancy Jean and Charles LaRue, and Julie Anne and Chad Marucci; eleven grandchildren: Emily Golden and Katie Golden Westfall, Bethany Fulk Zinn and Chad Groves, Steven, Nathan, Sarah and Matthew Golden, Jennifer Brown Shepherd and Joshua Brown and Stacey Kifer Moreland; fifteen great-grandchildren; and five sisters: Shirley DeVall, Claudia Clark and Jane Kelly of Albright, WV and Linda Martin of Princeton, WV and Patricia Miller of Kingwood.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Harold (Tom) Fulk in 1997 and her oldest daughter, Debra Kay Fulk in 2015; three brothers: Ivon, Gene and (her twin) Sonny Miller, and a sister, Norma Miller Ringer.
She was a very kind, loving and caring person. She enjoyed playing Scrabble, card games and solving crossword puzzles, loved jigsaw puzzles and going to Bingo, as well as playing games with the grandchildren. She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening, but mostly enjoyed spending time with her family. She was employed by Kinney Shoe Corporation, Kingwood in the 1970's, The Sheraton/Lakeview at Cheat Lake, WV and Little Sandy's in Bruceton Mills, before retiring in 1996.
A memorial service will be held at the Wesley Chapel United Methodist Church, 3611 Coal Lick Rd., Albright, WV on Sunday, December 4, 2016 at 1:30 p.m., with Rev. Stephen L. Wotring officiating. Burial will follow at the Lenox Memorial Cemetery, Albright.
Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, will be providing cremation arrangements.
