Denver Ray “Pill” Cramer,
84, of Albright (Centenary Community), WV, died Saturday August 12, 2023, at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
The son of the late Denver (Fuzzy) and Madeline (Money) Reckart Cramer, he was born October 20, 1938, in Centenary.
Denver (Pill) enjoyed tinkering on vehicles, dirt track racing, truck pulls and mud bog racing. He loved fishing with his family and grandchildren.
He is survived by a grand-daughter and her husband, Dakota and Carson Foley, of Kingwood, and a grandson Jesse Cramer and his companion, Marikate Thompson, Westover, WV; a great grandchild, Johnny Boone Foley; two sisters, Polly and her husband Skip Livengood and Liz Peasley.
He was also, preceded in death by his wife, Erma James, a son Johnny Ray Cramer, a sister, Eleanor Reckart and a brother, Charlie Cramer.
Family and friends may call in the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home, Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, WV, on Tuesday, August 15, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until the 3:00 p.m. service with Pastor Joe Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow at the Centenary Cemetery, Bruceton Mills, WV with military honors provided by the Preston County Military Honor Guard. and the WVANG Funeral Honors; Camp Dawson.
