I was very blessed to have you as my Uncle. You were always kind and giving to my kids, Steven and Talia, too. You had a wonderful heart for children and for animals. You were a true, gentle man. I will miss you. My love to Aunt Shirley ❤

I was shocked and sad to hear from my brother Mike that Bill suddenly passed away. Bill and I graduated the same year from Kingwood High School. After graduation, we both accepted jobs with the Federal Government in Washington, D.C. Bill and I made the trip from the country to the big city. He was my first roommate for several months at the Hartnett Hall boarding house in D.C. After my military service was completed, Bill offered me a place to stay and we picked up our friendship again in 1970. Bill loved nice cars and was so proud of his brand new BOSS 302 Mustang. What a great car it was! I remained in touch with Bill and actually got to visit with him after he moved back to WV. One such visit was arranged by my brother as a surprise. Every time I saw him over the years, it was always a pleasure. My condolences to Bill's wife and family. Bill was a gentleman and good friend. I will miss him.

So sorry to hear this. Bill was always one of my best friends. I worked with Bill in Washington DC. in the 60"s and have remained friends since. He went to school with my wife Brenda. He always had a smile on his face and was always friendly to everybody. Bill will be missed by everyone that he came in contact with. I still can not believe that he is gone. God takes the best and Bill is in that category! I send my condolences to his wife, brother Charlie and family members. Bill please save a place at the LORDS TABLE FOR ME!
