One of a kind...kind of guy... first met MR.Haines when his son,Paul, asked me to come help butcher at their family shop. I use to work for (young)Mr.Haines at nemacolin... I stroll up to this family shop butcher shop..... and I mean FAMILY... aunts uncles the grandparents and even the young grandkids were all there cutting deer... amazing memories right there... senor Paul was a quiet man... didnt say much... but I could read him and learn off of him just by watching him... hed walk in butcher shop after his morning chores of feeding the animals... hed pick up a knife... and start cutting on the deer that was working on the table... no question of what cuts needed... or anything... just start cutting... then hed yell at ya for missing meat on the bone... then hed disappeared... hahahah it was great... hed walk around and see what everyone else was up too... he was just living and watching his Family grow and continue the traditions he started... and with all the confidence... he knew his family had things together... he taught the well... I'm gonna miss MR. Paul Haines... I felt like family at that butcher shop.... I love you Haines
