Obituary of Kendall Dawn Forman

Kendall Dawn Forman,

     21, of Bruceton Mills (Centenary community), WV, passed away as a result of an automobile accident on Friday, January 5, 2018.   
     Born on November 30, 1996, in Morgantown, WV, she was the daughter of Donna Knox Forman and Vaughn Forman.
     Kendall was a graduate of Preston High School in 2015 and enjoyed riding with her fiance’, Dylan, on his Harley.                                                                                                                                                       
     Kendall is survived by her fiance', Dylan McCrobie; her mother, Donna Forman and companion, Mark; her father, Vaughn Forman, and his wife, Janet; four brothers, Corey Forman and Nicole Vincent, Brian and Becky Belanger, Benjamin and Danielle Belanger, and Tim and Sabrina Belanger; a sister, Leann Johnson, and Van; and her grandmother, Norma Knox. 
     She was preceded in death by a twin brother and sister and grandparents, Clarence Knox and Willis and Jean Forman.
     Family and friends may call at the Carl R. Spear Funeral Home in Brandonville-Bruceton Mills, Tuesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m., and Wednesday, January 10, 2018, at the Little Sandy Church of the Nazarene, in Bruceton Mills, from 10 a.m. until the 1:00 p.m. service with Pastor Chad Harvey officiating.  Burial will follow in the Mount Moriah Cemetery, Bruceton Mills (Valley Point).
